Tinswer provides its professional digital market place: it centralizes the sale of rights of works (books, audio-visual productions and films adapted from books) proposed by its customers and allows the start of professional negotiations.

Access is only for houses publishers (and in the first place their managers in the sale and acquisition of rights) and production and distribution companies (audiovisual and cinematographic). Professionals are invited to visit our professional area to request access.

Tinswer does not interfere in negotiations between different parties if the rights holder has its own legal department. In this case, Tinswer is a trusted intermediary providing a role of promoter and negotiator. On the other hand, if the rights holder does not have a legal department, Tinswer makes his legal entity available to negotiate with the professional wishing to acquire the rights.

In case of a financial agreement between the different parties,

  • if Tinswer has only been the promoter and initiator of the negotiations between the different parties, no commission will be paid.
  • if Tinswer acted as promoter and negotiator on behalf of the rights holder, the professional acquiring the rights will pay a commission of 5% of the total amount to the platform.

This applies both during the experimental phase and the commercial phase.

Alone we go faster, together we go further.

Tinswer would not exist without these people.
There is a passionate and dedicated team.
